Access
Read access to your marketplace accounts, your current figures and your company goals. We need no more than that to start — and no less, because without those three every recommendation would be guesswork.
Six steps, two pricing models, three things we need from you — and no minimum term. This page tells you in advance what happens, so that in the first call you can talk about your brand instead of our process.
# What happens before anything is implemented: 1 access: account, figures, goals 2 analysis: marketplaces + your shop 3 market: who holds which share 4 competitors: what works there — and what doesn't 5 strategy: a sequence, with reasons 6 execution: we do it model: base fee + revenue share or revenue share only term: cancellable monthly
The order is the whole point. Optimise straight away and you optimise what you see first — not what pays off most.
Read access to your marketplace accounts, your current figures and your company goals. We need no more than that to start — and no less, because without those three every recommendation would be guesswork.
We look at every channel — and above all at how it interacts with your own online shop. That is where the invisible mistakes sit: prices undercutting each other, ranges cannibalising each other, advertising that creates demand on one channel and gets redeemed on another.
How big is your category really, and what part of it do you hold today? Without that figure, “more revenue” is a wish, not a target. With it you can see whether you are hitting a ceiling or whether nobody has picked the market up yet.
We look at what your competitors get right and where they get it wrong. Both are useful: one shows what works in your category, the other shows the gap you can move into without starting a price war.
The four analyses turn into a sequence, not a slide deck: what comes first, what comes next, what we deliberately leave out. Each point says why — and how you will know whether it worked. If we conclude that something is not worth doing, that goes in too.
We do it. Not as a recommendation for your team to work through — as ongoing work on your accounts: listings, advertising, stock, compliance, new channels. The strategy from step 5 stays the yardstick we let ourselves be measured by.
Which one fits depends on the scope and on where your account stands — we decide that together in the first call, not in advance on a website.
A predictable base amount for the ongoing work, plus a share of the revenue we generate. This fits when there is a lot of groundwork ahead — new channels, new countries, range and content from scratch.
No base fee. We earn exclusively on the revenue we generate — and carry part of your risk with you. This fits when the account is already running and the question is growth, not groundwork.
No minimum term, no notice period beyond the month. That is not a favour, it follows from both models: whoever earns on the result does not need a contract to hold the client.
We do not offer a free trial month — with a collaboration that begins with four analyses, that would be dishonest anyway. Instead you can stop any month. Same protection, without the theatre.
We need no more than that. Less is not enough — every missing piece turns an analysis into a guess.
Through the marketplaces’ official authorisation procedures, not through your password. You see every access and can revoke it yourself at any time.
What you are doing today: revenue per channel, margins, ad budget. Not tidied up — raw is fine, tidying up is our job.
Where should this go — revenue, margin, new markets, selling the business? The same starting point leads to a completely different strategy depending on the goal. It is the input that is missing most often and changes the most.
You are looked after by a team, not by a queue. No call centre, no ticket number — and an answer within 24 hours.
What we get asked most often before the first call.
In the initial call we work out where your account stands today, which of the two models fits and what the first step would be. Free, without obligation — and if we are not the right people, we will say so.
